🚨 Important – Continuous Charging Policy

⚠️ Important Notice – Continuous Charging Policy When you rent a power bank, you receive 10 minutes free to test the device. After this period, a charge of €2.99 applies for every 30 minutes until the power bank is returned to one of our stations. Charges are applied automatically every 30 minutes. If the device is not returned within 24 hours, it will be considered lost, and a replacement fee of €50 will be charged in addition to any rental fees already incurred. No refunds will be issued if our system records match the charges applied. All prices and rental terms are clearly displayed on the device, on our website, and at the rental point.

Important Notice! 

Continuous Charging Policy

Please be aware that once a power bank is rented, you will receive 10 minutes free to test the device. After this time, a charge of ÂŁ2.99 applies for every 30 minutes the power bank is kept.

Charges will continue automatically every 30 minutes until the power bank is returned to one of our stations. It is your responsibility to return the charger as soon as you’re finished using it to avoid ongoing charges.

If the power bank is not returned within 24 hours, it will be declared lost and a ÂŁ50 replacement fee will be applied in addition to any usage fees already incurred.

No refunds will be issued if our system’s recorded rental time matches the charges applied to your account. All pricing and usage terms are clearly displayed on our machines and website.

Forgetting to return the power bank or keeping it overnight does not qualify for a refund or dispute. Please ensure it is returned promptly once you’ve finished charging..
